Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in its original condition.
- All items being returned for exchange must be sent back in its original packaging.
- If an item you received is damaged or defective in some way, please let me know as soon as you receive the package.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
