Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused/unworn and in its original condition. All items being returned for exchange must be sent back in its original packaging in its entirety and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to replace the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If an item you received is damaged or defective in some way, please let me know as soon as you receive the package. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for any damage made to their jewelry after they receive it, as it becomes normal daily wear and tear.

Please note that this applies to regular priced items only and that all special orders, commissions and sale items are final sale. 

Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

 

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Mejuri will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Mejuri has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
