Brass

Brass is durable and easy to work with, these qualities make it my go to choice for larger scale pieces such as crowns, tiaras and face masks as well as intricately wrapped designs and my everyday brass rings.

Over time, brass will eventually develop a brown patina but this process can be slowed by wearing your jewelry often and storing in a dry and dark container. Brass is very affordable so it’s great to keep the cost down if you are wanting a very intricate and time consuming piece while still achieving a “gold look”.
